2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using Adsumo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. Service description

Adsumo is an AI-powered platform that generates marketing-ready images and videos. Results are automated and depend on your input. We do not guarantee specific creative or commercial outcomes.

4. User account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Actions taken through your account are considered your responsibility.

5. Rights to generated content

When you generate content with Adsumo, you own the generated material and may use it freely, including commercially.

Adsumo may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the platform and AI models.

6. User responsibility for copyright

Adsumo’s models are trained on large datasets. While we do not directly copy external material, generated outputs may resemble existing works. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful, including copyright, trademarks, and personal data.

7. Uploads and consent

If you upload images, video, or other material, you confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions. If people are depicted, you confirm you have valid consent and have informed them the content may be used for AI generation. You accept full legal responsibility; Adsumo is not liable for third-party claims from unlawful uploads.

8. Prohibited use

• Creating illegal, threatening, discriminatory, or infringing content
• Violating copyright or trademark law
• Generating deepfakes without valid consent
• Attempting to disrupt, bypass, or harm the platform

9. Subscription, payment, and refunds

The service is offered as a subscription billed monthly or yearly and renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access and any remaining credits until then.

7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment, provided you have used no more than 25 credits. This guarantee applies once per account and covers your first paid subscription only.

Renewals are not covered. Automatic renewal payments fall outside the money-back guarantee. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your billing settings.

Statutory rights. Where you are a consumer and applicable law grants you a right of withdrawal, nothing in this section limits that right.

10. Non-payment

Access may be suspended for non-payment and will be restored once payment is completed.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee results, conversion rates, or marketing effectiveness.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
